Plans share one operating platform, while capabilities, limits, deployment options and support vary by tier. See the comparison matrix for the selected plan.
Twelve product surfaces. One operating subscription.
CRM, Client Chat AI, Admin AI, Tickets, Email, Analytics, Site Intelligence, Consent, Customer Portal, Help Center, Promotion Studio and OpsIQ Writingwork from one customer context instead of twelve disconnected subscriptions.
Consolidate the stack. One operating layer replaces a sprawl of point tools.
Cut deflection cost. The AI resolves routine questions before a human is needed.

What changes between plans.
Every plan includes the full operations stack. AI is your choice — managed pay-as-you-go or bring your own keys. The differences are volume, advanced controls, your managed-AI rate and support level.
Everything teams ask before they pick a plan: billing, trials, limits and AI usage.
Starter is free forever on the cloud plan. Every eligible paid plan includes a 14-day trial with the capabilities and limits of the selected tier; no card is needed up front.
Same product, different deployment. Cloud is hosted at cloud.opsiqai.com; we manage updates, backups and uptime. Self-hosted means you install OpsIQ on your own server and own the data path end-to-end. You can switch either direction later.
No. The Starter plan is free, and every paid plan offers a 14-day free trial without a card up front. We only charge once you actively choose a paid plan. (AI usage is billed separately as you go; see below.)
Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your data is exportable as CSV at any time.
Pay month-to-month or commit annually. Annual billing carries a discount versus twelve monthly payments. You can switch cadence at renewal; upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
Eligible first paid subscriptions follow the 14-day terms and exclusions in our refund policy.
Plan limits are about scope: connected websites, seats, and which feature tier you're on (for example connectors, webhooks and Site Intelligence unlock on Growth; remote sites and white-label on Business). Live chat, visitor tracking and tickets aren't metered per conversation. AI is the one usage-based cost and is billed separately; see the next question. Current usage is always visible in your account portal.
AI is pay-as-you-go on every plan and is never bundled into the plan price: no plan includes a free token allotment. With Managed AI you pay only for the tokens the AI actually processes, from a prepaid wallet or one-time token packs, at a per-plan rate that drops on higher tiers. Or bring your own key (BYOK): connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Grok key and pay that provider directly, with no markup from us. Token packs are available on every plan, including free Starter.
We offer custom Enterprise contracts for teams with high-volume traffic, regulatory requirements, dedicated infrastructure or white-label needs. Talk to us.
Yes. OpsIQ ships nine payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay, Mollie, Pesapal (M-Pesa) and crypto via NOWPayments and Plisio) and the public site supports multi-currency display so customers see prices in their own currency. Which methods appear at checkout depends on what your operator enables.
White-label unlocks on the Business plan and up: custom branding (logo, colours, domain) across the chat widget and account portal. Enterprise adds SSO / SAML and a custom contract on top.
