Does OpsIQ support two-factor authentication for customer accounts?
Yes, OpsIQ supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for customer accounts. The customer Security page allows for time-based one-time password (TOTP) two-factor authentication.
You can enroll using Google Authenticator or another compatible TOTP authenticator. After setting up, you will need to verify your setup with a six-digit code. Additionally, you will receive recovery codes after successful activation.
