Refund Policy
When OpsIQ refunds payments. Designed to be fair, fast and not full of fine print.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If OpsIQ is not the right fit within the first 30 days of a paid subscription or self-hosted license purchase, email billing@opsiqai.com with the order ID and we will refund you in full. No questionnaire, no retention call.
2. Cloud subscription refunds
- Within first 30 days: full refund on request.
- After 30 days: no pro-rated refund for the current billing period; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Annual plans: if you cancel mid-year, the unused months are refunded pro-rata after a small administrative fee, or converted to account credit (your choice).
3. Self-hosted license refunds
- Within first 30 days: full refund and license deactivated.
- Lifetime licenses: 30-day window applies. After that they are non-refundable.
- Annual self-hosted: renewals can be cancelled before the renewal date for full prevention of charge.
4. Failed renewals & chargebacks
If a renewal fails, your account moves to a 14-day grace period. We do not punish good-faith customers for declined cards — we email you, retry a few times, and only suspend after extended non-response.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will be disputed.
5. Currency & tax
Refunds are issued in the original currency to the original payment method. Currency exchange differences (FX) may produce a small variance and are not separately reimbursed. Tax components are returned where required by your local tax authority.
6. How to request

- State briefly the reason (helps us improve).
- We respond within 1 business day; refunds typically clear in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
