Who owns the data stored in OpsIQ?
The customer retains ownership of its business data. OpsIQ states that customer data is not used to train third-party foundation models and provides export and deletion paths subject to legal, security, billing, and audit-retention requirements.
For self-hosted deployments, customers can keep the application database and local data path within their own infrastructure. It is important to note that some auditable facts can remain even after a visible object is deleted, ensuring that historical operations are not falsified.
