Meet your four AI agents
A specialist for every job. One Trust Dial over all of them.
Each agent owns one part of revenue and runs in the background on its own cron cadence. None of them writes to your CRM on a hunch — findings become proposals in the Approve Queue, and the Trust Dial decides how far each one can act: Manual, Copilot, or Autopilot, globally or per agent.
Data Steward
A dirty-data inbox that hunts duplicate companies and contacts, normalizes domains and emails, links contacts to the right account, and flags stale deals and low-confidence fields.
Reads: contacts, companies, deals, consent & field provenance. Human in the loop: safe fixes and proposals both queue for approval before any write.
Prospecting Agent
Researches and scores target accounts against your ICP, surfaces buying signals, maps contacts, and drafts a multi-step outreach sequence — never sending until you approve.
Reads: your ICP profile, account research snapshots, intent & buying signals. Human in the loop: outreach is queued for approval and stops on reply.
Account Health (Retention)
Fuses CRM, support, product engagement, site intelligence and billing into one health score, then lays out the lifecycle map, the accounts about to churn with their top driver and save playbook, and where expansion is ready.
Reads: CRM + CDP journey + Site Intelligence + diagnostics + billing. Human in the loop: recommends the play — you run it.
Analyst (Forecasting)
Rolls the pipeline into a weighted forecast and a committed / likely / best-case split, tracks win rate and win/loss, and learns your business — switching from heuristics to a model trained on your own closed deals as it matures, with accuracy you can defend in a review.
Reads: every deal's amount, stage, health and close date. Human in the loop: read-only intelligence — and every number is also answerable in plain English via Ask your CRM.
Deal coaching
Know why a deal will slip — before it does.
Open any deal and the coach lists the risk signals working against it. Every claim cites the exact ticket, chat or email it came from — then it hands you the next move and drafts the email.
Sourced signals — "no reply in 10 days", "competitor mentioned in chat", each linked to evidence.
A recommended next step with a one-click drafted email in your voice.
Win-probability updated from real activity, not gut feel.
Live
Pipeline & weighted forecast
A board that fills and scores itself.
Deals flow in from orders and intent, scored and explained by AI. Drag a card to advance a stage — every move is journaled and reversible — while the header rolls up open value, won value and an AI-weighted forecast in real time.
Self-filling board — hot leads and orders become deals with an AI win-probability and a health badge.
Weighted forecast — open deals weighted by win-probability, not gut feel; won, open and forecast side by side.
Reversible by design — drag to move a stage; if it's wrong, it's one revert away.
Live
The Approve Queue · Trust Layer
Nothing happens behind your back. One queue. One click.
Every move an agent wants to make — a captured deal, a stage change, a data fix, an outreach sequence — lands in one AI Approve Queue with the reason it's proposing it. Approve, edit, or dismiss. Applied writes record before/after context and keep revert support.
Approve, Edit or Dismiss — tweak a proposal's title, amount or body before it's applied.
Always shows the reason — "lead heated up", "duplicate company", "deal stale 14 days".
Before/after & revert — applied changes are journaled, so a mistake is one revert away.
Live
The Trust Dial · autonomy you control
Start in Manual. Earn your way to Autopilot.
You decide how much each agent can do on its own. Set it globally or per agent, and turn it up as you learn to trust the AI. Even on Autopilot, safe-only writes apply automatically while anything risky still routes to the Approve Queue.
Manual — agents observe and suggest; nothing is written without you.
Copilot — agents propose; you approve from one queue. The default, recommended start.
Autopilot — safe fixes apply on their own; risky moves still wait for approval.
Live
Deal health & churn signals
See the slip — and the save — while there's still time.
The Lifecycle, Retention & Expansion board maps your whole book of business by stage and scores each account's churn risk by fusing CRM, support, product engagement, site intelligence and billing. Every at-risk account comes with its top churn driver and a save playbook.
Multi-signal health — not one metric, but the whole relationship fused into a score.
Top driver + playbook — why it's at risk, and the recommended move to save it.
Expansion & renewals — the same board surfaces where to grow and which renewals are due.
Live
Prospecting & sequence advisor
Fresh pipeline, found and warmed for you.
The Prospecting Agent researches accounts, scores them against your ICP, and drafts a multi-step email / wait / task / call sequence. The sequence advisor watches deliverability, reply quality and compliance — and a real reply auto-stops the sequence so you never look like a robot.
ICP fit scoring — accounts ranked 0–100 with the buying signals behind the score.
Multi-step sequences — email, wait, task, call and webhook steps, queued for approval first.
Advisor + reply intelligence — deliverability caps, bounce/reply rates, and auto-stop on reply.
Live
Data Steward · clean data, automatically
The CRM that cleans up after itself.
A dirty-data inbox that groups issues by root cause — duplicate companies and contacts, un-normalized domains and emails, missing account links, stale deals, consent conflicts, low-confidence fields. Each finding shows a confidence score and a before → after preview, and queues into the same Approve Queue.
Grouped by root cause — duplicates, normalization, missing links, deal quality, consent.
Confidence + preview — every fix shows its confidence and an exact before → after.
Safe-auto vs. proposal — low-risk fixes can auto-apply; everything else waits for you.

Forecast, reports & Ask your CRM
Boardroom-grade numbers — and you can just ask for them.
The Analyst rolls everything into a weighted forecast with committed / likely / best-case, win/loss and win rate, a pipeline funnel, the deals slipping with a next-best action, and an AI learning model that matures into one trained on your own closed deals. Every figure is also answerable in plain English from the Command Center.
Committed / likely / best-case — a defensible forecast, not a single hopeful number.
Learns your business — heuristics give way to a model trained on your closed deals.
Ask your CRM — "which deals are slipping this month?" — grounded, sourced answers.

Set up your CRM in plain English.
No drag-and-drop schema builder, no consultant. Tell OpsIQ what you sell and how you sell it, and it drafts your pipeline stages, the fields that matter, and your segments — then a one-page CRM Health check verifies the setup is right and flags anything missing.
Describe your business — the AI drafts stages, fields and segments to match how you actually sell.
Guided setup — a wizard tracks completion and auto-hides once the CRM is fully set up.

Questions, answered
The honest FAQ.
Who owns the data — and can I get it out?
You do. Your CRM data lives in your OpsIQ workspace and is exportable as CSV at any time, including contacts, companies, deals and activities. On self-hosted, it sits in your own database on your own server. There's no lock-in: what you put in, you can take out.
Which AI model powers it, and is my data used to train it?
OpsIQ runs on leading hosted large-language models for reasoning and drafting, while the scoring and forecasting use deterministic logic plus a model trained on your own closed deals as it matures. Your CRM data is used to answer your questions and power your agents — it is not used to train third-party foundation models.
How do I keep the AI from doing something I don't want?
That's what the Trust Dial and the Approve Queue are for. Start every agent in Manual or Copilot, where nothing is written without your approval. Even on Autopilot, only low-risk, high-confidence fixes apply automatically — anything risky still routes to the queue. Applied writes record before/after context and support revert, and every AI claim cites the source behind it.
Can I migrate from my existing CRM?
Yes. Import contacts and companies via CSV, and the Prospecting Agent can also import and research a list of target accounts. The Data Steward then dedupes and normalizes everything on import so you don't carry years of mess into a fresh start.
Does this replace my current CRM, or sit alongside it?
It's designed to replace it. The AI-First CRM is a complete revenue workspace — pipeline, deals, contacts, forecasting, prospecting, retention and reporting — and because it shares the same data as OpsIQ chat, tickets, SEO and analytics, you also retire the integrations you used to maintain between separate tools.
What does it cost, and which plan includes it?
The CRM is part of the OpsIQ platform rather than a separate per-seat product, so you're not stacking another subscription on top of chat and tickets. Exact inclusions vary by plan — see pricing for what each tier includes, and there's a free way to start.
Do the AI agents work on their own, or only when I'm looking?
They run in the background on their own cron cadence — researching accounts, scoring health, finding dirty data, weighting the forecast — so the work is done before you open the app. What changes with the Trust Dial is how much of it gets applied automatically versus queued for your approval.
How do I know the numbers are real and not hallucinated?
Scoring and forecasting are deterministic, and Ask your CRM is grounded in your live numbers with the exact deals, tickets, chats or emails cited as sources. The CRM Health page gives you a one-page truth baseline of schema, agents, routes and data wiring so you can verify the wiring end to end.
A deal isn't just a card — it's a workspace. Build a quote from line items with versions and discounts, grade the deal against your own MEDDICC or BANT checklist, and read the relationship temperature straight from the conversations. Every section is one page, one deal.
CPQ / quote management — quotes from deal line items, versions, discount and tax, accept or decline.
Qualification checklist — MEDDICC or BANT per workspace; the coach grades every deal against your framework.
Conversation intelligence — reads chat, ticket and email for sentiment, intent and escalation — a relationship thermometer.
Set your ideal-customer profile — industries, size, personas, keywords, product match — and the agent scores every account against it. Research a single domain, or paste a whole list and let AI research and score each one. Then watch sequences perform with full analytics and pause, resume or cancel any run.
ICP profile editor — industries, size, personas, keywords and product match, defined once.
Single research + bulk import — one-off domain research, or paste a list and AI researches and scores each.
Sequence variants, analytics & controls — three template styles, reply rate and attributed revenue, pause / resume / cancel.
